Two pages from Titans #18 (October, 2009), wherein Raven and Gar have a chat.
After this sequence, both Beast Boy and Raven rejoined the cast of Teen Titans starting with issue #75, this time under Felicia Henderson. Some events subsequent to this include:

So where do they go from here? Your guess is as good as mine. But I will give this observation: DC has passed up numerous opportunities over the last several years to just let the subplot die and move on, yet they seem to keep coming back to it. That tells me that there is a specific direction they want to go with it, and while it moves forward in fits and starts under a merry-go-round of writers (who are in turn often of wildly varying quality), they do want to keep it around. Based on comments I've seen from some of the people at DC, I think the idea is to make them sort of the Gambit and Rogue of the Titans.

This is why i hate DC, post-crisis Gar and Raven had such development and chemistry, when they became a couple it felt real, it felt tangible. Then they dumped decades of character story down the drain with new-52 and Rebirth, I am so fucking pissed.
